Topic: Lower back pain
OK -
So I have gone to the Chiropracter 3 times now for my lower back pinch. Pulled it lifting a ice filled igloo (full of fish, not beer)
It has yet to provide me any relief,and I have missed 2 weeks of BJJ. The pain is one thing, but missing class is REALLY pissing me off.
I will start to really focus on stretching and core exercises as soon as the pain subsides, but I gotta get to that point first.
I can walk, bend over, etc.
The pain is about a 3 on a 10 scale - it is not debilitating, but there is no way I can get back in the gym yet.
If someone stacked me, I'd be toast.
So in addition to the Chiro, I am on to other things.
Has anyone used an inversion table to relieve back pain?
Advil and Aleave have stopped working.
Any other suggestions?
