Topic: Drac Question

Hey Drac i was wondering how was your training schedule like. Ex like ill train 4-5 times a week but only one class. When you were of course blue belt -brown lets say how often were your training. Was it like two times a day morning and afternoon or seven days a week.. You know

Now, in off season, I train once a day, light, 6 days a week, lift weights twice a week, run twice a week and do cross fit once a week. Before, Training in the morning and afternoon and so the same routine on the physical part.
