Topic: stability ball worry

Hi I'm worried my stability ball (or balance ball? I don't know the name of it) will pop! I want to increase balance but I'm too afraid of using it. Is this rational? I see videos of people jumping on them but I'm afraid!

They don't pop easily, ours see a lot of abuse.  As long as the area is clear of sharp things, those thigns can hold a ton of pressure.

Besides, even if it did, you are 2 ft up, you'd survive.

the only way i could see it popping would be if you were using it on a rough surface... i.e. concrete or other outdoor surfaces

I have stability by ball Reebok and I sprawl on it pretty hard. I trust it, then again I fight at 145 tongue
