The BJJ Police will dojo storm the pretenders out there. I think you are safe. 
I recently got dojo stormed at school (I teach a free grappling club 2x a week at my university) by a local 3-stripe white belt. Google would have served him well.

BOOOOOOOOOO! And I thought the government putting up cameras everywhere and on every street light was a bad idea. Now I know the error of my thinking. 
Well Pedro Sauer gave both of my instructors Black Belts as I watched, so I am guessing we are okay!

My instructor gave black belts to the instructors who give out black belts..so I should be ok too
