With Pan Ams around the corner, do you have any students competing? Will you be out there coaching?
Draculino:
This time I won’t be able to go, since my two main Instructors will be there competing and I need to stick around. The coaches will be the ones competing Professors Brandon and Pablo. We have about 10 guys going and they all look sharp! expect for some new faces coming up on the big scene.
One of my students, Brandon “Wolverine” Mullins, the first American to win 2 consecutive No Gi world championships in the no gi devision talks about his new custom Ouano shorts and belt rank rash guard.
Staying home with my gorgeous daughter Jade Magalhaes after her dental surgery. Helping her out for the morning. Will be back teaching 445 pm kids, teens, Advanced and fundamentals! Miss staying on the mats all day long!

Experience and New Blood combined on the GBTX MMA sparring session. 2012 will be awesome to our fighters! So far, Omar and Robert Sanchez put on a show on their last bouts and Angel Huerta showed the Houston community that hating and bad mouthing don’t change the fact that he is on the TOP of the list on the 135 lbs. division, together with other great fighters from other camps. Also, Brian Lightfoot, Chad Cook and Taylor Herbert are training hard and quiet. Trouble is coming!!!!!!

Congratulations to everyone that competed and to all of the students who helped our competitors get prepared this year. Everybody is apart of the team and everyone working together, training hard and focusing is what makes Gracie Barra the champions we are!
