MMA training is the hardest training that I know. It is almost impossible to cover all of the aspects needed in a fight: striking, takedowns, Jiu-Jitsu, stamina, strength, conditioning, mental game, etc.
Also, the fact that it is nearly impossible to fight 100% healthy, without any injuries. I think that training has to be really smart in a way that if it is too wild, you won’t fight due to injury. Trust me, it happened to me 3 times and I lost money, time, and more.
You have to be really protective and make sure that you understand your body and its limits. This is so individual and unique that you have to make sure that you don’t get confused between being tired and hurt, or being lazy!
